One of the most exciting aspects of the formation of Grow My Law Firm, a division of Grow My Company, is the synergy that has been sparked. When two strong talents came together, a robust alliance was created. This union is focused on the greater good of our clients.
By combining Christine Pilch, a copywriter-marketing-media specialist who has strong positioning and management skills, with Dennis Kunkler, designer-creative director who has hands-on brand creation and extension experience, the resulting talent pool grew substantially more than the sum of two parts.
They had been teaming up to work on client projects for about 10 years, and over time their philosophies blended so well that it was logical to officially form Grow My Company.
Together, their understanding of brand building principles, their deep belief in the fundamental essential of positioning, and a desire to teach these business-building ideas has created a truly unique approach in a "market of marketers," where there is not much distinguishing one firm from another.
Christine Pilch comes from a solid background in sales and marketing. She has represented diverse products and industries while selling intangibles such as television advertising and web-based business solutions. As a senior marketing executive she has served diverse companies such as a regional home remodeling company, an expanding credit union and a prestigious Northeast law firm.
Christine's experience translates into benefits to her clients in many ways. Her tenacious media buying skills were honed through many years selling advertising for a leading area network television station. Armed with the knowledge of the inside workings of how the media sells, she can talk the talk and negotiate better buys than most individual business owners are capable of.
Her successes include the development of marketing campaigns for a regional home remodeling company that increased their revenues from $3 million to $15 million annually over the 5-year period she was with them, and she firmly established that company's presence in 4 major Northeast markets. This success can be directly attributed to Christine's intelligent and skillful negotiation and purchase of advertising on 21 TV stations and in hundreds of newspapers in New England and New York. She also designed the company's website, which generated 25% of their revenue in its first year online.
Christine learned the true potential of the internet as a business tool rather than simply utilizing a website as a brochure by selling web-based business solutions for a technology company. This experience gave her the background necessary to guide her clients' web development and prevent them from making common mistakes that waste money.
In the process of working with hundreds of clients and creating countless marketing strategies, Christine has nurtured many long-standing relationships and built a solid stable of resources that can be used to benefit you.
Christine's core strength is in putting the right message in front of the right people at the right time. She will quickly find the heart of your legal service's value, package it into an appealing sales advantage, and show you ways to consistently maintain that advantage in the marketplace.
For more than 30 years, Dennis Kunkler's packaging design and creative ideas have influenced countless people and profited many. His credentials entail a career of design successes which include thousands of projects for hundreds of companies in dozens of categories.
His experience as a designer of consumer packaging allowed Dennis into the conference rooms of dozens of internationally known companies and permitted him the insider's viewpoint where he was privy to countless corporate secrets. Over his long career he had access to numerous specialized strategies and tactics in a wide range of industries. He has been able to condense his knowledge down to a few important concepts that any law firm can learn to implement.
Although Dennis comes from a creative design background, what he now specializes in is not about design. He states; "Any professional designer can create an attractive ad, brochure or campaign, and every one of them can have their own distinct style or approach. What I offer is not about design. To me, what happens before designing is the most important part. It's about the reasons "why" you design."
