Christine, this kind of QR code failure is all too common. The key to a successful QR code campaign is to first map the user experience from beginning to end. My mantra is to take the reader to *their* next logical step in the marketing process. Move them forward, not sideways. I see agency campaigns going sideways all the time, frustrating.

We have a video covering the basic QR code marketing guidelines that your readers might find useful before starting a campaign. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBUuSIAyuWM

Dave, That's great advice about moving the user forward, not sideways. I'll definitely be borrowing that one!
