You may want to hide your Facebook friends list from particular people, friends lists, or everyone. This used to be pretty simple to do, but Facebook made it less obvious in the last couple of site overhauls. It’s still easy; you just have to know where to go.
In the upper right corner click on:
- Account
- Privacy Settings
- Right at the top, under the subheading of “Connecting on Facebook,” click “View Settings”
- The setting for “See your friend list” is half way down. You can select one of Facebook’s defaults or click “Custom” to select specific people or friends lists to make this visible to or hide it from.
Save your selection, and you’re good to go.
